Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Coordinator, located in Coimbatore. The Customer Coordinator will manage day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and providing support throughout the testing and certification processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and continually improving customer experience. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills Effective Communication Skills for both written and verbal interactions Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus Previous experience in a customer-centric role, preferably in a technical or testing environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
