Job Description

As a team member in this role, you will be responsible for data entry and record-keeping tasks, which involve entering financial transactions accurately into the accounting software. Your role will also include maintaining up-to-date records of all financial transactions and ensuring the proper entry and maintenance of financial data. Additionally, you will be preparing and sending invoices to clients and managing expense reports and reimbursements effectively. Bank reconciliation will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, as you will be performing monthly reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies that may arise, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity. You will also be supporting the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, and assisting in month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, although previous experience in an accounting or finance role would be desirable. Familiarity with accounting software is also essential for success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and the desired experience includes at least 1 year in accounting, tally, and overall work experience.
