Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor, located in Kashipur. The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production planning, monitoring processes, and leading team members to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
Proficiency in Production Scheduling and Production Planning
Experience in Production Management with a focus on operational efficiency
Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar role within the food processing or manufacturing industry is a plus
