Role & responsibilities Supervise shop-floor operators and ensure daily production targets are met. Manage and monitor CNC Machine operations (setup, basic programming, tool change, troubleshooting). Oversee PCB Assembly, Soldering, Wiring, Machining, and Product Assembly processes. Ensure compliance with ESD, ISO, and 5S practices. Coordinate with Maintenance for CNC machine upkeep and breakdown support. Allocate manpower based on production schedule and machine loading. Maintain production reports, shift logs, and documentation. Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality. Identify process issues and implement corrective and preventive measures. Train operators on machines, CNC usage, and SOPs. Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor. Roles and Responsibilities Source and evaluate vendors for electronic components and materials . Float RFQs, compare quotes, and finalize suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timeline. Raise Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure approvals as per company policy. Ensure timely procurement of materials based on production and inventory requirements. Track and monitor order status; coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery . Maintain accurate procurement records, delivery schedules, invoices, and GRN documents. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contract agreements with vendors. Develop and maintain a vendor database . Work with engineering and production teams to ensure component availability for manufacturing. Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing and rate negotiations. Coordinate with logistics for shipment clearance, transport, and delivery. Ensure compliance with company standards, quality norms, and procurement policies. Qualification Bachelors Degree in Any Discipline (Commerce, Science, or Engineering preferred) Experience in Electronics Manufacturing / EMS industry Knowledge of electronic components , sourcing, and procurement processes Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP)
