As a Senior Microbiologist, you will lead and perform microbiological testing to ensure quality control and compliance in various settings such as research, manufacturing, and clinical environments. Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, and analyzing experiments, as well as developing and validating methods. Additionally, you will be required to train and supervise junior staff, manage laboratory operations, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
