Job Description: As a member of the Quality & Food Safety team at Fair Export India Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring product and by-product quality for Tallow & MBM exports - Conducting pH and temperature monitoring - Performing daily microbiological testing - Managing country-wise health certificates - Conducting plant visits for food safety compliance audits (ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP) - Maintaining records as per international standards We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in food safety audits, export documentation, microbiological testing, and compliance implementation in the food/meat industry.
