As a member of our AML Compliance Team, this position is responsible for ensuring that UKG meets both its required internal policy and external regulatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Transaction Monitoring requirements set forth in the Anti-Money Laundering Policy. The Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for oversight of the Regulatory Compliance Analysts and all compliance activities performed.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President of Compliance Operations the Regulatory Compliance Manager will:Oversee and support the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team responsible for both the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Transaction Monitoring (TM) programs.Monitor new and existing customers to understand the level of AML risk they pose for UKG via KYC and TM programs.Review, research and remediate AML alerts generated via payroll queries designed to identify potential suspicious activityCoordinate the analyst’s workloads and monitor their work product for timeliness and accuracy.Drive program efficiency by periodically reviewing the analysts work product and analyzing monthly metrics.Foster a culture of compliance within the organization by promoting awareness of regulatory obligations.Conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.Assist the AML Compliance Officer with AML compliance activities, including risk assessments, governance documentation reviews, and third-party risk evaluations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking compliance, risk management, regulatory compliance, or a related field specifically in money transmission or financial services.Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Team Management Experience.

ACAMS Certified or similar certification preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to ethical standards and compliance.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Where we’re goingUKG is on the cusp of something truly special.
