Job Description

As the Regulatory Compliance Manager at UKG, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team responsible for the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Transaction Monitoring (TM) programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring new and existing customers to assess the level of AML risk they pose for UKG via KYC and TM programs. - Coordinating the analysts" workloads and ensuring timeliness and accuracy in their work product. - Driving program efficiency by reviewing the analysts" work product periodically and analyzing monthly metrics. - Promoting awareness of regulatory obligations within the organization to foster a culture of compliance. - Conducting compliance reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. - Assisting the AML Compliance Officer with various AML compliance activities, such as risk assessments, governance documentation reviews, and third-party risk evaluations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking compliance, risk management, regulatory compliance, or a related field, specifically in money transmission or financial services. - Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). - At least 2 years of team management experience. - ACAMS Certified or similar certification preferred. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in compliance management software and tools. - Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to ethical standards and compliance. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
