Plan and schedule pattern repairs, modifications, and new pattern developments. Monitor the performance of pattern shop personnel and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Optimize the pattern-making process to reduce lead time and improve casting quality. 2. Mould & Core Assist in preparing and maintaining moulds and cores for casting processes. Support the moulding team in cleaning and preparing the moulding equipment. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of moulds and cores for casting. Melting Shop Assist in the operation of melting furnaces to produce molten metal. Monitor furnace conditions to maintain proper temperature and composition. Ensure proper material handling for metal scrap, alloys, and other inputs. Help with the maintenance of melting equipment and report any issues. Assist in casting metal into moulds for the next stage of production. 4. Maintenance Assist in routine maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
