Hiring for Manufacturing company upcoming large green field plant at near to Kadi.
Role: Furnace Operator - Induction Furnace & Melter
Location: Near to Kadi, Becharaji, Viramgam, Vithalapur
Education: Diploma/ITI
Experience: 3 to 8 years
1. Controlling the furnace to melt metal & analyzing the materials being melted
2. Ensuring & Performing melting operations, maintenance and safety checks on the furnace and equipment. 3. Conducting regular inspections and audits of the foundry operations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. 4. Ensure Removal of dross from the surface of molten metal & Cleaning the furnace and work area. 5. Recording production data, such as start and stop times, temperatures, and gas pressures & charge details.
