Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive at Saru Silver Alloy Private Limited in Meerut, UP, India. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for back office operations, communication, Logistics and sales - related tasks on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication : Handle customer inquiries and communications through email, providing timely and accurate information regarding orders, products, and services. Work Order Issuance : Generate and issue work orders based on customer requests, ensuring accurate details and timely processing. Order Management : Oversee the complete order lifecycle, from order creation to tracking and fulfilment, ensuring that customer expectations are met and orders are dispatched on time. Customer Account Maintenance : Create, update, and maintain customer records in the system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information. Sales Target Achievement : Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets through efficient order processing and proactive customer support. Dispatching : Coordinate and oversee the dispatching of products, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation. Qualifications A Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and operations Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in MS Office suite(Excel, Word, Outlook etc) Excellent organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Experience in a similar role is an advantage Benefits: Fixed Shift Salary: as per knowledge and experience
