Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive at Saru Silver Alloy Private Limited in Meerut, UP, India. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for back office operations, communication, Logistics and sales - related tasks on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication

    : Handle customer inquiries and communications through email, providing timely and accurate information regarding orders, products, and services.
  • Work Order Issuance

    : Generate and issue work orders based on customer requests, ensuring accurate details and timely processing.
  • Order Management

    : Oversee the complete order lifecycle, from order creation to tracking and fulfilment, ensuring that customer expectations are met and orders are dispatched on time.
  • Customer Account Maintenance

    : Create, update, and maintain customer records in the system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Sales Target Achievement

    : Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets through efficient order processing and proactive customer support.
  • Dispatching

    : Coordinate and oversee the dispatching of products, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and operations
  • Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite(Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
