Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business in the dental equipment manufacturing sector. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading business development efforts, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with suppliers and vendors to showcase our technical capabilities. You will work closely with our engineering, production, and R&D teams to understand their suggestions and requirements, ensuring alignment between business development efforts and technical needs. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of strategic business plans, stay updated on market trends, and represent the company at international expos and conferences to explore new markets and identify potential clients and vendors. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nanotechnology, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, or related fields, with an added advantage of an MBA or master's degree. A strong understanding of manufacturing technologies and equipment in the dental equipment sector is essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Your ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, willingness to travel extensively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be key to your success.
