Maintain discipline, resolve grievances, and ensure smooth workflow. Maintenance Coordination Work with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance of foundry equipment. Cost & Inventory Control Monitor raw material usage, scrap levels, and inventory management. Control operational costs while improving productivity. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (preferred). 815 years of foundry experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role. Hands-on experience in sand casting (CO2, No-Bake, or Shell Moulding). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
