🛠️ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

🔹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

Mechanical Testing:

Perform Chemical Analysis using OES and Wet Chemical Methods

Identify and verify material grades (Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Copper & Alloy bases)

Develop, implement, and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for testing and sample preparation

ASTM, IS, ISO, DIN standards

🔹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗜𝗦𝗢/𝗜𝗘𝗖 𝟭𝟳𝟬𝟮𝟱)

Calculate, maintain, and update Measurement of Uncertainty (MU) for accredited parameters

Participate in Proficiency Testing (PT) and Inter-Laboratory Comparisons (ILC)

Perform routine verification using Certified Reference Materials (CRM)

Support Internal Audits and NABL Assessments

Identify, analyze, and close Non-Conformities (NCs) using Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Maintain and monitor the Master Calibration Schedule for all laboratory equipment

🔹 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 & 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

Review and authorize Test Certificates (TC) ensuring correct NABL logo usage and technical accuracy

Manage sample retention, storage, and disposal as per company policy

Provide technical support to clients regarding test results, material grades, and failure analysis

💻 Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel

Working experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)

⭐ 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

Strong knowledge of Metallurgy & Metal Grade Identification

Clear understanding of Authorized Signatory roles & responsibilities

High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail

Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume service environment

Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills
