Metalab Analytical Pvt. Ltd. — a NABL-accredited, 3rd-party analytical testing laboratory — is seeking a Plastic & Rubber Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in laboratory testing and analysis. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse materials and industries while ensuring the highest standards of testing and documentation excellence.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

 • Perform and supervise plastic and rubber testing (e.g., Density, Specific Gravity, TGA, etc.)

 • Review and verify test reports in accordance with IS/ASTM/ISO standards

 • Prepare and maintain NABL documentation, SOPs, and calibration records

 • Support internal audits, method validation, and uncertainty calculations

 • Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and client requirements

 • Collaborate with clients and team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all testing activities

🎓 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

 • Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Polymer, Plastics, Rubber, or Metallurgy

 • Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience (preferably in a NABL-accredited lab)

 • Strong understanding of testing standards and ISO/IEC 17025 documentation

 • Excellent technical writing and communication skills

 • Proficient in testing instruments, calibration procedures, and lab operations

 • Candidates from Ahmedabad or nearby areas (Gujarat) are preferred
