Position Overview: We're looking for a results-driven Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in running successful paid ad campaigns. This is a full-time in-house position based in Indore. You'll be managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing ROI, and scaling brands through paid media. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Meta & Google ad campaigns for multiple brands. Optimize ad sets for conversions, leads, ROAS, and other KPIs. Analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and targeting. Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives. Track, report, and present performance to internal teams and clients. Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Meta and Google Ads. Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, tracking, and audience segmentation. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking. Good communication skills and a performance-first mindset. Ability to work from our Indore office (no remote).
