Meta Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets and targeting for maximum ROI
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness
• Analyze campaign data and metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign goals

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for digital marketing trends and staying up-to-date with Meta platform updates
