Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Meta Ads Specialist. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media ad campaigns. Daily tasks will include creating ad strategy, setting up and monitoring ads, analyzing performance data, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. The role involves close collaboration with other marketing team members to ensure integrated and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience with Meta Ads, Ads Manager, and other social media ad platforms
• Proficiency in campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
• Skills in data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting
• Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in a digital marketing role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
