Key Responsibilities: β Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), ensuring high performance and meeting KPIs. β Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management for high ROI. β Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates. β Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and adjust campaigns as necessary to improve effectiveness. β Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients, explaining campaign results and recommending improvements. β Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and optimized ad copy and visuals. β Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Google Ads best practices, implementing new strategies to stay ahead of competitors. β Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend while maximizing results. β Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities across clients' markets. Requirements: β Minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing Google Ads/PPC campaigns, ideally within a digital agency or digital marketing environment. β Strong knowledge of meta ads and SEO. β Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), Google Analytics, and related tools. β Proven track record in delivering successful high-budget Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI. β Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations. β Experience in keyword research, bid management, and performance optimization. β Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies. β Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data to clients clearly. β Experience in healthcare marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory. β Google Ads Certifications (preferred).
