Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer (Mern Stack) – 4+ Years of Experience Job Type: Full-time (On Site) Experience: 4+ years Location: Kalkaji Delhi Salary budget: 60k to 85k Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with a minimum of 4 years of experience in software development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in React and Node.js, with a strong emphasis on back-end development. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React for front-end and Node.js for back-end. Collaborate with the product and design teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices (e.g., design patterns, testing, code reviews). Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot production systems. Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks and propose improvements to the tech stack when necessary. Front-End: Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles. Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end development tools. Good to have Nextjs app router Must have typescript knowledge Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Experience with responsive and adaptive design. Back-End: Strong proficiency in Node.js and the Express.js framework. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis). Must have knowledge of TDD. Expertise in building scalable, high-performance, and secure back-end architectures. Knowledge of server-side templating and authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
