Job Description

Contractual role to provide first-level MES support across assembly lines ensuring uninterrupted production flow. Monitor and maintain Industrial PCs , ensuring system uptime and data integrity for MES applications. Diagnose and resolve issues with Industrial Printers used for labeling, barcode printing, and traceability. Coordinate with MES development teams for system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution. Perform root cause analysis of MES-related downtimes and report findings with preventive measures. Support integration of new devices (scanners, HMIs, PLCs) into MES and validate data flow accuracy. Maintain MES user access controls, role-based permissions, and production system security protocols. Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to align MES performance with shopfloor KPIs. Assist in periodic backup, patching, and system health checks of MES infrastructure. Document MES incidents, solutions, and best practices for future reference and audit compliance. Show more Show less
