Job Description

Key Responsibilities · Architect and lead the development of scalable, secure, and performant systems across our cloudbased SaaS platform · Oversee and contribute to full-stack development (Node.js + React + Postgres) · Define and implement infrastructure using AWS services, Kubernetes, and CI/CD best practices · Design and maintain secure authentication and authorization frameworks (Auth0, BYOK, SOC-2 readiness) · Lead data integration processes with Airbyte and build robust ETL pipelines · Own the system’s deployment, monitoring, and fault tolerance architecture using NATS and other messaging systems · Ensure high-quality releases through automation, testing, and continuous integration pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent) · Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, and sustainability teams · Mentor junior engineers and lead technical decision-making across teams Required Skills and Experience · 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role · Proven expertise in architecting and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS platforms · Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices · Strong fluency with AI code development tools such as github co-pilot, cursor.ai and windsurf. · Hands-on experience with all major components in our tech stack · Deep understanding of secure application design and infrastructure (SOC-2, RBAC, key management, etc.) · Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment · Experience working with large B2B customers and handling enterprise integration requirements Please send resumes to gopi@nithminds.com Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
