About the Role

We re looking for a MERN Stack Lead to drive end-to-end development of scalable web applications, manage a team of developers, and contribute to architectural decisions. The role demands hands-on coding expertise, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers.


2. Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express. js, React. js, and Node. js.


3. Review code for quality, performance, and security.


4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Product Managers).


5. Manage sprint planning, estimation, and delivery in an Agile environment.


6. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.


7. Manage applications on AWS / Azure / GCP.


8. Ensure adherence to best practices - CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testing.


9. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

1. 8 10 years of professional experience in software development.


2. Minimum 5 years of experience working hands-on with React. js, Node. js, Express. js, and MongoDB.


3. Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.


4. Experience in leading teams and handling code reviews.


5. Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and architecture design.


6. Knowledge of TypeScript, Next. js, or GraphQL is a plus.


7. Familiarity with AWS / Azure / Docker / Kubernetes.


8. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).


2. Exposure to frontend performance optimization.


3. Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).


4. Contribution to open-source or internal reusable libraries.

Educational Qualification

B. Tech / M. Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field.
