Role Overview

We’re looking for a MERN Stack Developer who’s excited to work on live projects, learn fast, and grow with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat (remote options may be available for the right candidate).

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack web applications using the MERN stack — building new features, ensuring top performance, and delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to implement features and fix bugs
• Integrate APIs, handle data flow, and ensure application security
• Participate in code reviews, version control (Git), and Agile sprint cycles
• Continuously optimize existing applications for speed and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development
• Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication, and database schema design
• Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
• Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging and logical reasoning skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience in Next.js or React Native is a plus
