Job Summary:
We are seeking a MERN Stack Developer with expertise in MongoDB, Node.js, and React. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with a passion for creating seamless and responsive user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
o Design and implement user interfaces using React.
o Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance user experience.
o Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
o Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
o Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js.
o Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
o Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to design and manage data models.
o Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
o Work with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
o Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
o Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
o Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
o Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
· Education:
o bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.
o Proficient in Python and Node.js for backend development.
o Strong experience with React for frontend development.
o Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
· Skills:
o Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
o Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
o Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
o Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
· Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
