MERN Stack Developer

FilFlo is an AI-powered autonomous replenishment agent for CPG brands in India. We help brands like Sleepy Owl Coffee, Jimmy's Cocktails, Anveshan, and Go Desi manage inventory across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) — reducing stockouts by 40% and optimizing working capital by 30%.

We're replacing manual supply chain teams with intelligent automation. Think of us as the AI brain that ensures the right product is at the right warehouse at the right time.

• Build and maintain full-stack features for our warehouse management and inventory systems
• Develop integrations with B2B platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Amazon)
• Work on location-based inventory, order prioritization, and picking algorithms
• Write clean, maintainable code following PR-based workflows
• Collaborate with a small, fast-moving team on production systems handling ₹300+ crore monthly GMV
• Ship features that directly impact how India's fastest-growing D2C brands run their supply chains

• Frontend:

  React.js

• Backend:

  Node.js, Express.js

• Database:

  MongoDB

• Tools:

  Git/GitHub, MongoDB Compass, Tailscale

• Infrastructure:

  DigitalOcean, AWS (basic familiarity helpful)

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building REST APIs and working with MongoDB
• Comfortable with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews)
• Self-starter who can own features end-to-end
• Clear communication — we're async-first and remote

• Experience with ERP/WMS/inventory systems
• Prior work at early-stage startups
• Understanding of supply chain or e-commerce operations
