Job Title: Merchandiser – Jewellery

Location: Dehradun

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Plan, select, and manage the jewellery collection as per market trends and customer demand.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving products.

Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and production teams for order placement and delivery.

Track sales performance and prepare reports to analyze product performance.

Ensure attractive and brand-aligned product displays in the store.

Support marketing and promotional campaigns with product assortment planning.

Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate for best pricing and timely delivery.

Requirements

Graduate in Fashion, Jewellery Design, Business, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail).

Strong knowledge of jewellery categories (gold, diamond, gemstones, polki, kundan, etc.) is an added advantage.

Good analytical and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
