As we grow, we’re looking for someone just as detail-oriented and energetic to manage our inventory, fulfilment, and merchandising flow.

Role Description

Key Responsibilities1. Order Processing & DispatchReview and process customer orders from Seoraa’s website and marketplace platforms (e.g., Myntra, Tata Cliq)Coordinate with shipping partners for timely pickups and delivery tracking2. Inventory ManagementMaintain daily records of incoming and outgoing inventory. Update stock logs and assist in monthly inventory audit.Raise alerts for low stock levels or delays3. Logistics CoordinationLiaise with courier partners for dispatch scheduling and issue resolution. Monitor returns and reverse pickups, flag discrepancies4. Internal Documentation & ReportingMaintain organized logs for all fulfilment activitiesPrepare reports on dispatched orders, delays, returns, and pending shipments5. Cross-Department CoordinationWork closely with design, customer support, an d quality control teams. Ensure smooth communication for order issues, urgent requests, or missing SKUs

Skills Required

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Self-driven and deadline-oriented mindset

Eligibility

  • Graduate from any discipline
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations, fulfilment, or logistics
  • Prior exposure to fashion/e-commerce operations is a bonus but not mandatory
  • Freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
