Merchandiser Order Fulfilment & Inventory

As a growing womens fashion label, Seoraa is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to oversee inventory management, fulfilment, and merchandising flow. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Order Processing & Dispatch: - Review and process customer orders from Seoraa's website and marketplace platforms such as Myntra and Tata Cliq. - Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely pickups and track deliveries. - Inventory Management: - Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing inventory. - Update stock logs and assist in monthly inventory audits. - Raise alerts for low stock levels or delays. - Logistics Coordination: - Communicate with courier partners to schedule dispatches and resolve any issues. - Monitor returns and reverse pickups, flagging any discrepancies. - Internal Documentation & Reporting: - Keep organized logs of all fulfilment activities. - Prepare reports on dispatched orders, delays, returns, and pending shipments. - Cross-Department Coordination: - Collaborate closely with design, customer support, and quality control teams. - Ensure smooth communication for order issues, urgent requests, or missing SKUs. In addition to the above responsibilities, Seoraa values the following skills in potential candidates: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Self-driven with a deadline-oriented mindset. To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Hold a graduate degree in any discipline. - Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in operations, fulfilment, or logistics. - Previous exposure to fashion/e-commerce operations is advantageous but not mandatory. - Freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.,
