Merchandiser Order Fulfillment & Inventory

As a member of the Seoraa team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilment, and merchandising flow with great attention to detail and energy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Order Processing & Dispatch - Review and process customer orders from Seoraa's website and marketplace platforms such as Myntra and Tata Cliq - Coordinate with shipping partners for timely pickups and tracking deliveries - Inventory Management - Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing inventory - Update stock logs and assist in monthly inventory audits - Raise alerts for low stock levels or delays - Logistics Coordination - Liaise with courier partners for dispatch scheduling and issue resolution - Monitor returns and reverse pickups, flag discrepancies - Internal Documentation & Reporting - Maintain organized logs for all fulfilment activities - Prepare reports on dispatched orders, delays, returns, and pending shipments - Cross-Department Coordination - Work closely with design, customer support, and quality control teams - Ensure smooth communication for order issues, urgent requests, or missing SKUs To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets - Good communication skills (verbal & written) - Self-driven and deadline-oriented mindset Eligibility criteria for this position include: - Graduation from any discipline - 02 years of relevant experience in operations, fulfilment, or logistics - Prior exposure to fashion/e-commerce operations is a bonus but not mandatory - Freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply Join Seoraa and be a part of our fast-growing women's fashion label, where your dedication and skills will contribute to our purpose-driven ethos.,
