Merchandiser from Furniture Industry

Key Responsibilities

· Order Management

· Manage end-to-end order processing: from receiving purchase orders to coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams.

· Sample Development & Coordination with the Sampling/ Production Teams

· Track order progress, ensuring accuracy, timely dispatch, and adherence to export compliance/documentation.

· Sales Operations & Documentation

· Prepare and review proforma invoices, export documents, and payment schedules.

· Market & Data Analysis

· Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.

· Conduct competitor and market research to support the export sales strategy.

· Internal Collaboration

· Work closely with production and logistics teams to align deliveries with client requirements.

· Support senior sales managers in presentations and client proposals.

· Process Improvement

· Ensure the CRM and internal systems are regularly updated with accurate client/order data.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience, ideally in design-led or luxury categories.
• Experience in Furniture Industry is desirable.
• Excellent ability to read Furniture Drawings & product Drawings.
• Excellent communication in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Friendly, team-player and someone with perseverance.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
