Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Plan, monitor, and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on order status.
• Maintain and update product data, including pricing, specifications, and availability.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with business goals.
• Analyze sales trends and suggest product assortment improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for product display and shelf presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Fashion, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or inventory management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
