We're seeking a talented Merchandiser to join our Home Textiles team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability for our home textiles products, such as bedding, towels, and curtains. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement merchandising plans for home textiles products - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales - Manage product lifecycle, including product development, launch, and discontinuation - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the home textiles industry Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field, preferably in home textiles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of home textiles products and industry trends Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Textiles, or a related field - Experience with merchandising software and systems (e.g. ERP, PLM) - Strong understanding of the home textiles industry and market trends What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,797.50 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund
