Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing new designs, coordinating with clients, and managing key tasks assigned by the Managing Director at SPN Rugs. Your role will involve design execution, client presentations, production coordination, and timely follow-ups to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new designs and samples based on instructions. - Coordinate with clients, share design presentations, and manage feedback. - Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks assigned by the MD. - Oversee production timelines and work with suppliers for quality control. - Track orders, logistics, and shipments to ensure smooth delivery. - Stay updated on market trends and provide insights for future designs. Qualification Required: - Experience in merchandising (rugs, carpets, or home textiles preferred). - Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Understanding of design, materials, and production processes. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.,
