Graphic Designer (with CMS Experience)

As a Graphic Designer at AIWO, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for creating visually appealing designs that convey the essence of our brand across various digital and print platforms. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in enhancing customer experience and engagement. Your key responsibilities will include developing designs that align with AIWO's brand guidelines and aesthetic, ensuring visual consistency across all channels. You will design creatives for website banners, emailers, and social media campaigns, as well as produce engaging motion graphics and infographics for wellness communication. In addition, you will play a vital role in designing marketing collaterals for physical products like pillows and weighted blankets, as well as service programs. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will create visuals for ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram to drive conversions. Your role will also involve print design, where you will design brochures, flyers, posters, and event displays. Working closely with various teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and wellness, you will translate ideas into high-quality visual assets and swiftly incorporate feedback to refine designs. Furthermore, you will manage and update content, images, banners, and graphics on AIWO's Shopify store and other CMS platforms. Your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, will be essential, along with knowledge of tools like Canva and Figma. Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills are required, as well as experience in both digital and print mediums. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field, with at least two years of professional design experience, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce industry. Ability to work under tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics are vital attributes. While motion graphics and video editing skills, UI/UX design knowledge, and photography experience are considered nice-to-have skills, your willingness to collaborate, adapt to changes, and contribute to a positive work environment is highly valued. This role is based in-office at the AIWO Wellness Center in Chennai, with workdays from Monday to Saturday and timings from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
