As a Wellness Sales Executive at AIWO, a prominent boutique wellness organization headquartered in Chennai, you will play a vital role in transforming health and well-being through innovative wellness products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our wellness offerings to healthcare providers, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness practitioners. By developing effective sales strategies, conducting product presentations, and nurturing long-term customer relationships, you will contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with potential clients within the healthcare industry, devising and implementing sales plans to meet targets, organizing product presentations for medical professionals, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners. Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors" offerings will be essential, along with attending relevant events and conferences to promote our products and expand your network. Collaborating closely with marketing and customer support teams, you will ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up, while also providing valuable feedback from clients to enhance our product offerings and marketing strategies. Regularly preparing sales reports and territory analyses for management will be part of your routine tasks, requiring attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. To excel in this role, you should possess a relevant educational background such as an MBA in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Service Management, or a Master's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, Physiotherapy, or Health & Wellness Management. Proven experience in selling medical or wellness products, strong communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel within the assigned territory, and a client-focused mindset are essential attributes that will help you succeed as a Wellness Sales Executive at AIWO.
