This role offers hands-on experience across the complete apparel production cycle—from sampling and sourcing to production follow-ups and quality checks.What You’ll Work On✨Assist in daily production planning and WIP (work-in-progress) tracking✨Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing & packing teams✨Support sample development, size sets, and approval processes✨Prepare BOM, T&A sheets, and maintain production trackers✨Follow up with suppliers for fabrics, trims, and delivery timelines✨Assist with inline and final quality checks✨Maintain production files and daily reports✨Communicate with internal teams and vendors for timely updates🎓 Who Can Apply* Students pursuing or graduates in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or similar fields* Basic understanding of garment construction & fabrics* Good communication and coordination skills* Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment💡 What You Will Learn* End-to-end garment manufacturing operations* Merchandising documentation (BOM, T&A, cost sheets)* Vendor management & sourcing* Quality assurance processes* Practical experience in a growing fashion brandHow to Apply:If this role feels like the right fit, share your resume at: hr@aachho.com or rahul@aachho.com
