Job Title: Merchandiser – D2C Garments Brand
Location: Jaipur Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Merchandiser to join our D2C fashion brand. This role requires someone who can manage end-to-end product development and execution — from fabric sourcing to final dispatch — ensuring timely launches, smooth coordination with vendors, and high-quality output for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with design & product team to understand upcoming collections.Source fabrics, trims, and accessories from vendors & manage approvals.Create and manage production T&A (Time & Action) calendar to ensure on-time product launches.Raise challans, track inventory, and ensure smooth movement of fabric and trims to vendors.Coordinate with embroidery, dyeing, printing, and finishing units.Monitor production at different stages and ensure quality checks.Troubleshoot delays, rejections, or production issues with vendors.Support in cost negotiations to optimize production costs.Work closely with logistics & warehouse teams for timely dispatch of finished goods.Maintain accurate records of production, wastage, and fabric utilization.Requirements:Graduate in Fashion/Textiles/Related field (preferred).2–4 years of experience in merchandising for a fashion brand or export house.Strong knowledge of fabrics, printing, embroidery, and garment construction.Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and T&A management.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under tight launch deadlines.What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing D2C brand.Direct exposure to design-to-delivery process.Learning-focused, fast-paced work culture.
