Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, located in Jaipur. The Merchandiser will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of product selection, inventory management, and display planning within the retail and online platforms. Tasks include maintaining accurate records of stock, monitoring market trends, collaborating with design and production teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective merchandising strategies. Interaction with customers, maintaining retail aesthetics, and contributing to marketing efforts are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Sales and Retail operations with an understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. Marketing experience to develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with brand objectives. Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels. Prior experience in fashion merchandising or retail environments is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers and production staff. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related field is a plus.
