MEP Expeditor

• Track and expedite the procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment for solar energy projects.

• Work closely with procurement, engineering, and project execution teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines.

• Monitor vendor performance and delivery schedules, resolving delays and bottlenecks proactively.

• Onboard new vendors by collecting documentation, validating credentials, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

• Evaluate supplier capabilities and capacity to deliver MEP components for solar infrastructure (e.g., inverters, cable trays, panels, conduits, mounting structures, etc.).

• Maintain detailed expediting logs, status reports, and dashboards for all MEP procurement packages.

• Coordinate factory inspections, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and delivery documentation.

• Assist procurement team in negotiating delivery schedules and contract terms related to MEP systems.

• Liaise with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely site deliveries.

• Maintain compliance with safety, sustainability, and quality standards in vendor interactions.

• Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Proven knowledge of MEP systems, components, and materials used in solar energy infrastructure.

• Experience with vendor onboarding, qualification, and supply chain documentation.

• Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools).

• Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple procurement packages simultaneously.
