Job Description

1. Strategic responsibilities -

Standardize Procurement Processes:

Drivematerial procurement through well-defined SOPs and SAP workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Alignwith Production, Quality, Finance, IMPEX and Logistics teams to ensure timelymaterial availability for internal and external customer satisfaction.

Cost Optimization:

Develop plans and processes to minimize purchasing costs through effectivevendor negotiations and strategic sourcing.

Performance Reporting:

Provide regular updates on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and fulfilmentstatus to the Purchase Head via Power BI Dashboard.

2. Functional responsibilities -

A. Team Leadership

Engage andmotivate the Purchase Executive team.

Manageresource allocation and workload distribution.

Conductperformance reviews and identify training needs.

B. Operational Purchase

Ensuresmooth

Procure-to-Pay cycle

in SAP.

ReleasePOs for group companies and monitor delivery schedules.

Submitfortnightly cash flow plans to Accounts for vendor payments.

C. Vendor Management

Develop Strategic Partnerships& Alliance Ecosystem.

Negotiateprices, commercial terms, and delivery timelines with existing and new vendors.

Conductvendor assessment & audits for technology, infrastructure, and compliance.

Improvesupplier performance score to

95%+

through RCA and corrective actions.

D. Compliance &Documentation

MaintainISO, TQM & other Audit related documentation.

Ensuresustainable sourcing and adherence to compliance standards.

E. Costing & Analysis

Performdetailed product costing, including taxes, freight, inflation, and otherfactors.

Supportcost reduction and value creation initiatives.

F. Internal Coordination

Collaboratewith Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics for timely fulfilment.

To qualify for the role, youmust have -

Bachelor s in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

with

5-7 yearsof experience

in purchase activities in

Electronics ProductManufacturing

and

Battery Pack Manufacturing

Proficiency in

Excel (advanced formulas)

, MSWord, Outlook, and

SAP/ERP systems

Typing speed:

30+ words per minute

Language proficiency:

Hindi, Marathi, English

(written and spoken).

Key attributes for success -

Self-directed, resourceful, andcomfortable managing procurement in ambiguity.

Customer-centric approach and strongvendor collaboration skills.

Understanding of budgets and businessplanning.

Ability to work under pressure andextended hours when required.

Awareness of technological changes in theelectronics industry.

Strong negotiation skills and experiencein vendor agreements/contracts.

Knowledge of electronics productmanufacturing processes.

You will earn brownie points if you have

Part of Team as a material procurement / sourcingof developing a Evolute Group Products Raw Materials and/or platform based oncutting edge future technologies.

Knowledge of Global technologies and regulatoryissues/compliance (Example what is used in say Africa, Latin America)

Working experience with both productand services technology.

Bachelor s in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 5-7 yearsof experience in purchase activities in Electronics ProductManufacturing and Battery Pack Manufacturing.
