Job Purpose To maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises and administrative areas, ensuring a safe, tidy, and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize office areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, corridors, and common areas regularly. Dust furniture, fixtures, equipment, and office surfaces. Role Overview The Inside Sales role serves as a key link between customers and internal teams (EMS, SCM, Engineering R D, QA/QC, MRO, Marketing, and other stakeholders). Responsibilities include selling manufacturing capacity and allied services, generating leads, managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing contracts and meeting targets. The role drives revenue growth through sales strategies, customer engagement, negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams for successful deal closures. Responsibilities Drive sales of EMS allied services across India and globally. Develop and execute strategies with Sales Business Head to attract and convert leads. Conduct client meetings, service presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Build maintain strong customer relationships, addressing queries with quick response and support. Prepare proposals/quotations, track orders, delivery schedules, and payment collections. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs. Collaborate with internal/marketing/product teams for smooth service execution and lead generation. Ensure CRM/lead tool utilization with real-time updates and reporting. Research market trends, competitor offerings, and participate in trade shows to build pipeline. Key Deliverables Achieve revenue growth through new client acquisition, upselling cross-selling. Develop sales strategies for OEMs, startups, and enterprises. Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from lead to onboarding. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales performance tracking. Requirements Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing industry or Engineering services industry, sales cycle, and market trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, Commerce, or equivalent. 4-6 years’ experience in Inside Sales within EMS, Electronics Manufacturing, or Technical Services. Fair understanding of electronic products and technology. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects effectively.
