Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager-Purchase in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and procurement, with excellent negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve quality.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable contracts.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
Analyze data to optimize purchasing processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in purchasing and procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with procurement software and systems is an advantage.
