Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager-Purchase in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and procurement, with excellent negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable prices and terms.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
Analyze data and reports to optimize purchasing decisions and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in purchasing and procurement, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with procurement software and systems is an asset.
