• Manage IT and digital transformation initiatives, including software procurement, hardware, and infrastructure across PAN India.
• Lead implementation of R&D testing and certification activities (BIS, Smithers, TUV, ICAT, ARAI, etc.) for domestic and export products.
• Drive ISO, TISAX, ESG, and other certifications ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Support NPD and existing production through efficient material management, vendor development, and service support.
• Lead IT-based efficiency projects such as PLM, VMS, and SAP integrations for better connectivity and process improvement.
• Manage procurement and services for Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical, Toolroom, and R&D items including machines, spares, software, and consumables.
• Handle enquiry, quotation, negotiation, cost comparison, PO finalization, and ensure timely material delivery.
• Oversee AMC, calibration, and maintenance of machines, compressors, instruments, and IT systems.
• Manage civil, electrical, and mechanical maintenance projects, including new installations and plant infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate Admin services, CSR activities, safety programs, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Oversee outsourced machining work, galvanization, heat treatment, coating, and other specialized services.
• Supervise essential plant services such as Canteen, Housekeeping, Bus/Forklift operations, and utilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Store, Finance, Production) for smooth operations and timely supply.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/B.Etch/BE in Mechanical
• All material/service indents processed and approved within 15 days.
• Ensure all Returned Goods Processing (RGP) are cleared within 90 days.
• All debit balances reconciled within 90 days.
• Accurate GST reporting and zero loss on service/tax invoices.
• Achieve optimal pricing while maintaining agreed quality standards.
• All purchase orders completed on or before the committed delivery date.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new reliable vendors.
