What You'll Do

  • Leverage in-depth menu engineering analysis to spotlight top performers and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Provide innovative, data-backed recommendations to optimize menu design, pricing, and item presentation for maximum impact and profitability.
  • Collaborate across teams and engage clients to ensure seamless, timely updates of menus across multiple platforms, including POS systems, digital aggregators, and print media.
  • Understand client business goals, tackle challenges proactively, and deliver tailored menu solutions that elevate brand identity and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure meticulous accuracy and consistency in menu information, maintaining brand standards across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of food & beverage trends, seasonal ingredients, and competitor moves to inform and inspire menu innovation.
  • Work closely with creative content and design teams to enhance menu aesthetics, readability, and user experience.
  • Keep comprehensive records of menu changes and maintain open communication with all stakeholders, supporting transparency and alignment.


What We’re Looking For

  • A strong background in menu engineering combined with hands-on experience within restaurant or hospitality operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and confidence in managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel or Google Sheets, with a keen eye for detail and organizational excellence.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Understanding of pricing strategy and food costing to balance creativity with business acumen.
  • A creative thinker who is passionate about food, presentation, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Marketing, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in menu management, foodservice consulting, or a closely related industry preferred.
