We’re Hiring: AI Engineer (Member of Technical Staff)

📍 Hyderabad / Remote | Full-time | 4–7 years experience

Bluecopa is transforming finance operations with blazing-fast AI systems. We’re hiring AI Engineers (MTS) to build domain-specific foundation models and real-time reasoning systems that power decision-making at the world’s top enterprises.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 4–7 years total, with strong hands-on work in Python and Machine Learning (model training, evaluation, experimentation).

• Mindset: High ownership, curiosity, and execution drive. You enjoy solving tough problems end-to-end, not just building models.

• Skills:

• Ability to abstract well and design modular systems

• Experience with libraries like PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn

• Exposure to LLMs, vector databases, or production ML pipelines is a strong plus

What You’ll Do:

• Train and deploy cutting-edge models for record linkage, document parsing, forecasting, reconciliation, and more

• Work closely with product and infra teams to ship performant AI features

• Contribute to research and architecture choices as we scale
