We are open to the idea of hiring paid Interns for a duration of six months starting immediately. We are looking for folks with a Tech (Engineering) background. Can you delve deeper? The interns with a Tech (Engineering) background will get to sit with our full-time engineers and get a complete know-how into the end to-end software product development lifecycle. They can gain from the experience of our engineers by getting an opportunity to apply their programming knowhow in practical terms. The interns will get to experience a warm work culture at our office and will get to see a budding start-up. They will be assigned as juniors in the team of 1-2 existing engineers. The primary job of the Solution Implementation engineers is to work with a customer and understand their business model and see how our solution fits/ fulfils their needs. What are the ninja skills I need to have? Communication in any form (Oral, written) is vital. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. It will help if you have certain programming skillset. Any language is okay as long as you are not rigid with learning newer languages and programming skills. It will help if you have done Financial analysis, market research, etc. And if you have a nick of finding the right dataset to fit for any given problem. And if numbers, especially finance related excite you, nothing like it.
