What’s our plan?

We are open to the idea of hiring paid Interns for a duration of six

months starting immediately. We are looking for folks with a Tech (Engineering) background.

• Can you delve deeper?
• The interns with a Tech (Engineering) background will get to sit with our full-time engineers and get a complete know-how into the end to-end software product development lifecycle.
• They can gain from the experience of our engineers by getting an opportunity to apply their programming knowhow in practical terms.
• The interns will get to experience a warm work culture at our office and will get to see a budding start-up.
• They will be assigned as juniors in the team of 1-2 existing engineers. The primary job of the Solution Implementation engineers is to work with a customer and understand their business model and see how our solution fits/ fulfils their needs.

What are the ninja skills I need to have?

• Communication in any form (Oral, written) is vital.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• It will help if you have certain programming skillset.
• Any language is okay as long as you are not rigid with learning newer languages and programming skills.
• It will help if you have done Financial analysis, market research, etc. And if you have a nick of finding the right dataset to fit for any given problem. And if numbers, especially finance related excite you, nothing like it.
